Where Can I Get Staged?
We service the contiguous United States! Go here to schedule your move and check availability. At the moment, we do not operate in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands (sad face).
Do I Get to Keep the Furniture?
Absolutely! All furniture pieces are new and yours to keep. Take them along for future moves or sell/donate them and we’ll set up whatever space you end up in next! We’re passionate about sustainability, so we recommend selling or donating your old furniture before your next move.

Do I Have to Be There While My Place is Furnished?
Nope! We will reach out to you ahead of time for clear instructions on how to enter and exit the premises. We can also reach out to your landlord/property management company to gain entrance. We’ll just need your consent and the relevant contact information.
Can I Be There While My Place is Furnished?
Always! If you’re there, we would really appreciate your feedback about the process.
How Long Will it Take to Furnish My Place?
We kindly ask for a day to properly get your place set up. If you selected the “fresh paint” add-on, we will require an additional day for set up (a total of 2 days).
Will My Place Look Like Everyone Else’s?
No! While we streamline the design process by only offering 3 style templates, each furnished place is unique. We select different pieces of furniture and utilize individualized arrangements. We constantly work with new furniture designers to maintain a distinctive look for each of our customers.
What if I Don’t Like Any of The Styles?
You can create a custom style to your liking - free of charge! Simply let us know after you schedule your move.
Is There a Warranty on My Furniture?
We currently don’t create our own pieces. We work with various furniture designers/retailers. While most of our partners have warranties on their furniture, some don’t. Before we furnish your place, we’ll let you know which pieces have warranties and which don’t.
If one of your pieces breaks down the line, we would be happy to get you a similar replacement for free. Please note, we’ll charge you a fee for set up.
What if I Hate the Design?
That would break our hearts. But we’ll rearrange and/or swap out things to your liking - free of charge!
What if I Hate the Furniture?
Our hearts will be broken yet again! But just tell us what you hate and we’ll replace it - free of charge!
Can I Sell or Trade in My Furniture?
As of now, we only purchase new furniture and currently don’t accept used pieces. As our community continues to grow, we are planning on implementing trade and upcycling into our services. So, stay tuned! In the meantime, please check out IKEA’s Buy Back and Resell Program here.
